My Hope Manifested

My Hope ManifestedIt is not uncommon for the Lord to minister to us that we need to increase our expectations in areas of our lives, including the healing of our bodies.  Recently, He was directing me to focus on some areas that are frequently attributed to aging and are ones we can often “manage.”

I knew it wasn’t just for me, but also for our Healing School at High Point Church.

We must be confident that His Word promises us a long life.  But not just a long life, but also a life well-lived, one which satisfies our person.  To increase this expectation we must have our HOPE, a joyful, confident expectation based on both His Word and the person of Jesus.

He is the anchor of our HOPE.

This series will focus on understanding Bible hope, increasing our hope, and acting on it such that we obtain the manifestations Jesus has purchased for us.

In This Series

01-Living Long and Strong, While Serving
  • What does the Word of God say to us about living a long life?
  • Or better yet a long healthy life?

Many would be surprised to learn that there are many scriptures that promise us just that.

One verse describes it as a long, satisfied life where we see His salvation.  Why is the word salvation so important here?  It is much more than just a ticket to heaven as His redemptive work encompasses so much more.

In this session, we will examine many scriptures that reveal His heart to give a long, blessed, prosperous and healthy life.

We should see Him as our Healer, whether we are 12, 52 or 92!

What a Mighty God we serve.

02-The Source of My Hope - Part One

In Sessions Two and Three of this series, we will allow the Bible to instruct us where we are to focus our eyes or said differently, on what and Who we are to base our Hope.

First on the agenda is to understand what Biblical Hope really means.

It is not what most see hope as today, wishing, desiring a certain outcome, but with uncertainty.  Learn how we are to have a hope that is a firm expectation, one that exhibits joy and confidence.

Then we will focus on the Word to instruct us how we increase in hope, in other words, where do we look for Bible Hope.  Scriptures tell us that trust in His Word is basic to our Hope.  We will also see that the Person of Jesus is the anchor of our Hope.
