His Desire Toward Me is Health
It’s unfortunate that so many believe that they must convince God through their prayers to heal them. When in fact, health for mankind was His idea! And today, it is still His plan!
While Jesus provided a way for us to receive healing, His desire remains for us to be in health; just as it was planned for man in the garden! Our Heavenly Father doesn’t change!
Everything we receive from the Lord must come to us via grace by faith! That is a Kingdom principle! We learn of all grace provides through the Word of God and our faith comes from hearing and hearing the Word.
When I don’t see the Word produce results as I know it should, I go back to the basics. Just as an athlete practices the fundamentals of their game, we need to on occasion also get back to the basics concerning healing. Our coach/instructor is the Holy Spirit; meditating God’s Word is analogous to the drill’s an athlete does.
Then the Word becomes alive, it is game time!
