A Valiant and Skillful Warrior
In the book of 1 Chronicles, a battle is described which was conducted by “valiant and skillful men who went to war.” Yet in the battle, they still sought the Lord, who heard their request and answered them. An overwhelming victory was the result.
The Lord spoke to me and said, “I need valiant and skillful prayer warriors just as skillful as these men of war!” That is to be you and I TODAY!
We too can see overwhelming victories!
An angel told Daniel, “I have come because of your words.” Do you see yourself as an effective prayer, where angels or answers come as a result of your words, your prayers?
If not, this session is for you! This is who we as believers are to be!
Skillful in prayer, valiant (bold) in our request!
Learn with us to see yourself fulfilling this call of the Lord.
James’ letter to the church states “The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.” Do you see yourself in this verse?
David writes in Psalm 8 that our praise will “make the enemy and the revengeful cease.” The same question concerning myself; does my praise make the enemy cease?
We should be able to answer YES to both questions!
How you see yourself in Christ Jesus will impact your prayers and your praise!! Let your faith arise as we study how Jesus and many others, even under the Old Covenant, were effective people of praise and prayer.
